Two killed in Pakistan blast

At least two people were killed and about 10 injured Tuesday when a roadside bomb hit a paramilitary vehicle in Pakistan's Quetta city, Xinhua reported.

The blast took place when a pickup of Frontier Corps was hit by the bomb while on routine patrol in the Almo Chowk area. The bomb was fixed on a parked bicycle.

The identities of the killed were not immediately known. Three injured Frontier Corps personnel were shifted to a military hospital in the city.

Urdu TV channel Geo said the blast also damaged 10 vehicles and several buildings. Police said an estimated 10 to 15 kg of explosives were used in the bomb.
