2G Scam: Vajpayee not to be summoned as witness by JPC

The Joint Parliamentary Committee probing the 2G spectrum allocation scam has decided not to summon the ailing former PM Atal Behari Vajpayee and former Defence Minister George Fernandes as witnesses.
