The Election Commission is making all possible arrangements to ensure free and fair elections in Himachal Pradesh, slated for today. Polls are going to be held in 68 assembly constituencies and 459 candidates are contesting the polls and there are around 46 crore 8 lakh 4 hundred fifty nine voters. Security has been tightened all around the state in view of the polls.
