V K Singh demands dissolution of Parliament

After joining veteran social activist Anna Hazare's team, retired Army chief General V K Singh has sought dissolution of parliament, alleging that the incumbent central government is not concerned with welfare of poor and has surrendered to neo-liberal forces.
