IAS transfer is not a punishment, says Hooda
The Haryana Government remains unfazed about the sudden transfer o IAS officer Ashok Khemka, after he initiated a probe into Vadra-DLF land deals ant today Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Chief minister said that transfer was not a punishment.
