Describing Gujarat Congress leader Vitthal Radadiya's act of pointing gun at security personnel posted at a toll plaza in the state as extremely disturbing, Congress Spokesperson Manish Tiwari has expressed disappointment and said the party has asked its unit in the state to submit a detail report about Radadiya.
