Karnataka can't release more water: Jagadish Shettar
Karnataka Chief minister Jagadish Shettar today said that the state has today submitted before the Supreme Court that it wouldn't be able to release more water from the Cauvery river to neighbouring Tamil Nadu due to drought. Karnataka has moved the apex court to challenge the decision of the CRA, which is headed by Prime minister and consists of chief ministers of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala.
