Indian fisherman killing: US promises thorough and transparent probe

United States Deputy Secretary of Defence Ashton B Carter has regretted the recent killing of an Indian fisherman allegedly by US Navy officials off the Dubai coast and assured to 'thoroughly and transparently' probe into the matter.
