TN: Five killed in car-lorry collision

Five persons, including
a woman, were killed and two persons injured when the car in
which they were travelling collided with a lorry, 45 km from
here today, police said.
The victims were returning after offering worship
at the Thirunallur temple in Karaikal.
The driver of the lorry is absconding.
Tamil Nadu Industries Minister Thangamani visited
the injured at the Namakkal Government Hospital.
