A relative of former chief minister D V Sadananda Gowda was assaulted by a group of advocates after his car reportedly hit the bike of an advocate in the court premises here on Monday. DCP Basavaraj Malagatti said that the incident occurred when Gowda’s relative Abhishek was parking his car in the parking lot of the court and accidentally hit an advocate’s bike. Abhishek was not apologetic for his action, which added to the anger of the advocate. Soon, he was joined by his colleagues and there was an exchange of blows.
