An 18-year-old girl working as a domestic help at an apartment in Falnir area, was allegedly gang-raped twice by a group of eight people in a span of 24 hours.
According to sources, Ayisha (name changed) of Kanyana in Dakshina Kannada, had come to the city seeking a job. When she secured a job as a domestic helper, she came in contact with a Kerala-based youth through her mobile phone. The youth asked her to meet him and took her to a lodge at Pandeshwar along with four other friends and raped her on December 23.The group left her at Kumble bus stand. The next day, autorickshaw driver Ganesh (24) noticed the girl crying and wandering around the bus stand.
He promised to take her home, but instead called three other friends and took her to a distant place, where all of them raped her. They abandoned her at the Kumble bus stand. On Tuesday, when the girl was in an unconscious state at the bus stand, some passengers informed the police. Following a complaint by the girl, Kumble police arrested auto driver Ganesh. Seven other accused are absconded, sources said.

Rape and harassment in India Indian justice statics reveals 92, 000 rape case still pending in supreme courts. There should be further investigation by Indian Ombudsman of Justice and Police Department of other rape or sexual harassment cases. Many cases may have been either shoved under the rug or were by not reported or prosecuted by corrupted Police and Justice Department. And further, allow other victims who failed to report due to backlash or frightened for marriage discourse. I won’t be surprised that many Celebrities, Government officials, male Police Officers, male Teachers, Business man and other Big Shots shot who were involved in at least one more immoral incident against defenseless females in their lifetime. I guess millions will be prosecuted and sent to jail. India’s autocrats for generations on the weaker gender should be punished to the utmost.

I prefer capital punishment (death penalty) for the offenders. Still eradication will be distant a dream which needs moral mindset change for whole male humans. Certainly death penalty will help to reduce the number of occurrences. LEGISLATORS..JUDICIARIES..POLICE do you hear any murmur...no YOU PEOPLE WILL ONLY ACT IF SUCH THINGS HAPPEN TO YOUR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS, TILL THEN HAVE A GOOD SLUMBER.

Indian judiciary is going down the drain. Who do we trust? The law makers/politicians are thugs without any exception. Scores of criminal cases including sexual assault are pending against every politician. Judges are puppets and literally acting like eunuchs presiding over a morally bankrupt corrupt society. Madam Sonia and a coterie of boot-licking bandits are running the country as if they own the body and soul of 1.2 Billion people. A new wave of young and radical leadership is needed with blunt force and tsunami like strength can only fix the most brutal and oppressive forces in this country. god save this country.

Its 2 let now that d dictionaries should include a new word to define the recent canibalism that jolted the nation with horrific trauma.I think 'WE' as we proclaim ourselves to be civilised, will agree at one call the incident that occured on 16th dec 20012 with the unfortunate girl is beyond brutality, heineousness something having no language to define. Please tell me nation will it suffice to nomenclate the act just BRUTAL RAPE?Our awareness has shown even many more similar cases after 16th dec.DESPITE OUR(women)reach to heavenly bodies, occcupying the zenith of many MNC's,of a government, we the XX are swallowed by XY anacondas, thus proving that they have a very weak instinct, completely dissimilar to HUMAN.robably money and manpower has turned them so. Still the judiciary is thinking to create a fast track court to solve the case of 'nirbhaya'.Why is this system a tortoise?Actually 'Respect' has been obliterated from people's mindframe now hence men end to perform such black acts.
