David nets brace as ICF down Arrows

M David’s twin strikes (60th and 74th) enabled Integral Coach Factory to defeat Arrows 3-2 in the St Joseph’s-CFA Senior division league at Nehru Stadium on Tuesday. Venkatesan scored the other goal for the winners in the 55th minute. For Arrows, Arun (19th) and Justice (65) scored a goal each.
In another match, Hindustan Eagles FC and Southern Railway were involved in a 1-1 draw. Christian Taylor scored for Eagles in the 48th minute, while Riju got the equaliser for Railways a minute later.
Dinesh To Lead TN
Dinesh Karthik will lead Tamil Nadu in the absence of L Balaji (out due to leg injury) against Baroda in the crucial Ranji tie to be played at Baroda from December 15 to 18.

TN bag three points
M Sharukh Khan’s 4 for 35 helped Tamil Nadu Under-19 to bag a lead of 40 runs against Bengal Under-19 in the drawn match of the Cooch Behar Elite ‘C’ match at Murugappa grounds here on Tuesday. The lead enabled TN get three points. The hosts were 143 for 6 in their second essay.
Earlier, Bengal managed to come close to TN’s target, thanks to a magnificent 160 by Ankit Keshri.
