The Jharkhand HC had reserved its verdict for February 28 on the JMM leader's plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case.
His clarification came after Congress ex-MLA Asif Mohammad Khan claimed that the BJP would field Lovely from the East Delhi constituency, replacing Harsh Malhotra.
