Four crude bombs were recovered in the civil court complex here Thursday, police said.
bombs, called 'sutli bombs', were recovered from a flask that was lying
unclaimed at a staircase near the chamber of the district court.
A bomb disposal squad was immediately called.
bombs were crude in nature. Somebody wanted to play mischief in the court complex and create panic, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), R.K. Chaturvedi, told IANS.
A case was registered in the Wajirganj Kotwali and probe has been ordered. Police have also tightened
security around the district courts and the high court premises.
