Team Anna today targeted Congress
Presidential candidate Pranab Mukherjee and demanded an
independent inquiry into allegations they had made against him
despite the fact that the Government has trashed the charges
against him and 14 other ministers made by it last month.
Arvind Kejriwal told reporters that Mukherjee was a
candidate for the highest constitutional post and the person
adorning the top offie must be "above board".
Another member Manish Sisodia also wanted the allegations
to be investigated.
Team Anna had made allegations against Prime Minister
Manmohan Singh, Mukherjee and 13 others last month and
demanded setting up of a special investigation team which was
rejected by the Government.
The Prime Minister had last month strongly rebutted Team
Anna's allegations and offered to quit public life and face
any punishment if charges on coal block allotments made by the
activists were proved.

UPA consists of looters only. How can they select a honest candidate?

This is the time the entire youth of the country should rise above caste, creed, religion, language and all other disagrements and oppose vehemently against getting this man elected to the highest office of the country. He has ruined the aconomy of the country by mismanaging its finances. He has allowed the looters to escape with the booty. He allowed the black marketiers and havala dealers to sent the ill earned wealth to be parked in foreign destinations. Arvind,.. you must rope in Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare to address the people of India and should run a fierce campaign against this man who came out with a white paper on black money and white wahed the whole country. You all together should make it clear that not only the kangress but also all the MPs and MLAs who vote for the kangress's candidate for Presidency will face the wrath of the people in the forthcoming elections...Don't shoot in air..shoot at the target. If not Kalam let Anna be the candidate.

Team Anna has an uphill task ahead. The whole country is in a state of denial regarding corruption. Politician will never support Lok Pal Bill as it is suicidal for them. The reception Baba Ramdev got from a few of them is only lip service. when it comes to the crunch they will vanish from the scene. Even BJP is not free from this disease. They to have many skeletons in their cupboard. Team Anna should remember Mahatma Gandhi in their fight against corruption in public life. GANDHIJI promised Swaraj within one year in 1921 but it took him 26 years of struggle and toil before he could realize his dream. True Parivartan takes a heavy toll of people and time. patience and perseverance alone can win this game.
