A 70-year-old man was today arrested for allegedly having unnatural sex with a 13-year-old girl after a common acquaintance saw the video-clip of the act on his lost mobile phone, police said.
Accused Niyaz Ahmed Hassan Raza, a trustee of a local mosque who used to teach Arabic, was apprehended from Shivajinagar for allegedly sexually abusing the girl student a month ago and filming it, they said.
According to police, Raza committed the crime after he took the victim to the first floor of the complex housing the mosque on the pretext of giving some fresh text.
The incident came to light after Raza lost his mobile three-four days ago. It was found by a local resident who is known to both Raza and the father of victim.
While browsing, he came across the clip and informed the parent following which they lodged a police complaint.
Raza has been booked under for Section 377 (Unnatural offences).
The girl will be undergoing medical tests and further investigations are on, police added.

In this instance the Divine Justice has been done. In his 70 years how many little children he might have used for his selfish pleasures! May be, with his life long learnings, he was able to justify to himself his beastly acts! Anyways, it was a blessing in disguise for the little girl that his mobile was lost. Parents have to be more and more cautious in the matters of their children, when they intend to send their children to such places where they might remain unprotected. Parents should always keep close, trust worthy, open & understanding relationship with their children, so children could express themselves without hesitation to them!

These kind of matters will always be occurred without doing something to stop these things, first of all the government must ban the porn and allow a man to marry more than one woman. Nudity must be totally ban, and the film industry from where the nudity comes must be removed from the country and all the actors and actress must be thrown into prison for doing nudity on screen.....!!!!

Instead, why dont we split the country into two - one with just men and other with just women? Just couldn't stop laughing myself after reading your comment! Are you serious or just joking? Just see what is happening in Saudi Arabia after banning all these?

The people who marry more and more women, calling them wives and using them as concubines, are among the very people who are avid customers of porn. We have seen this trend with the ultimate purist, Osama Bin Laden, who fought against porn, carried out beatings and killing of scores of `indecent' women, `married' more than fifty women to avoid molesting or raping women, stock piled cartons of porn under his cot! These `purists' imprison and kill women in the name of nudity. They keep a whole harem, of so called wives, and use them as concubines, experimenting on those women all the activities they watch on their stock piles of porn. In front of the world these barbaric, trite hypocrites proclaim, no porn no molesting, marry more women and `use' them as wives to stop rape and molestation! Wah, what an Idea Masterji! All rape and molestation problems solved and everyone could live a Terror-fully Fearful life ahead!

Muslim or Hindu we Indians are not matured enough to take booze,porn and cell phone to their limitations.We are notorious in misusing and over using anything that is available.We do not need porn in the net and booze flowing in this country.

Gentleman, do you think that , that 70 yr preacher did it under the influence of porn video. Why do this parents sending the girls to this type illiterate guys to maintain religious feelings. Is their any reports that they raped on the influence of porn film. Firstly we want a proper law against crimes and culprits.
