Court asks police to register case against Digvijay, 5 others

09th November 2012 04:13 PM

A local court today ordered registration of a case against Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh and five others for allegedly manhandling Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) workers during a protest.

During his visit to Ujjain about six months back, BJYM workers showed black flags to Digvijay Singh and other Congressmen following which Singh, Ujjain MP (Congress) Premchand Guddu, Hemant Chouhan, Dileep Singh Mahesh Parmar and others allegedly chased and beat them up.

The BJYM workers then filed a complaint with the Jiwajiganj police station in this regard, but no case was registered by police, after which they approached the local court.

Following the petition, Additional District Judge Deepesh Tiwari ordered police to register cases against the Congress workers, including Singh, Guddu and others, under sections 307 (attempt to murder), 326 and 324 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means) among others of the IPC.

He is one person who behaves and talks endlessly and accusing every one not supporting cong. It is time Cong in their own interest keep him under control , if not cong will be the looser and his targets.

Diggy is No.1 Anti Hindu and Corrupt Criminal. Hope judge punish him & his criminal friends w/o coming under pressure from crook congress leaders and worrying about consequences to him.

Nobody got the right to take law in their own hand. But what is the punishment for disturbing Digvijay and others. Who ever has written or copied our law there are many rules to be changed /modified according to the time and situation.

He is such a man who should be immediately thrwn out of congress as he is damaging the image of Party. His maximum statements are sub standard not suiting to the mentality of a civilised and experienced man...people with national feelings and having a bit of sence will certainly codemn him and his useless utterings.
