Sources say that Ameer's next, 'Kannabiran', stars Vijay in the lead. The director, who has continually worked with Yuvan Shankar Raja since his first film, 'Mounam Pesiyadhey', has reportedly requested Maestro Illayaraja to work with him for 'Kannabiran'.
