On the eve of his 63rd Birthday Rajinikanth's fans still want him to join politics as they said that he will be a corruption free leader.
After the Chennai District Rajnikanth Fan Clubs' Association plans for the Superstar's birthday had a setback — their usual venue of Valluvar Kottam didn't work out — they realised that there were forces working against them. "We have had a few problems in organising the programme this year," admits one of the office bearers, "Just to be on the safe side, we have hired 100 bouncers to maintain crowd discipline and to keep other interference at bay," he added.
As a result, the venue has been moved to YMCA Royapettah and the date has been postponed by a day. Close to 30,000 people are expected for the gala event.
