Though they have both acted together in 'Kalakalappu', audiences never got to see them on the same frame as they didn’t have any combined portions. Santhanam and Mirchi Shiva may soon share screen space in an upcoming flick. Directed by a debutant Rajasekar, who has assisted director Rajesh in all his films, the movie 'Ya Ya' is expected to be a laugh-riot.
It may be noted that Santhanam has played comedian in all three films of Rajesh — 'Siva Manasula Sakthi', 'Boss Engira Baskaran' and 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi'.
Shiva is busy shooting Sonna Puriyadhu, helmed by debutant Krishnan Jayaraj along with Vasundra Kashyap.
Santhanam is fast wrapping up his production venture 'Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya'.
However, sources claim that the shooting of 'Ya Ya' has begun in a hush hush manner.
While composer Vijay Ebenezer is said to have been roped in to score music, the other details including the female leads and the technical crew are expected to be announced soon.
