Actress Angelina Jolie reportedly would like to play Anastasia Steele in the movie adaptation of bestseller "Fifty Shades of Grey", which is high on sexual content.
The
fictional story tells the tale of Anastasia, a virgin slowly consumed by the charms of young business tycoon Christian Grey.
Jolie, 37, apparently read the novel dubbed as "mummy porn" after being introduced to it while shooting her new film and won't mind a part if someone plans to make a movie on it.
"Angelina kept hearing about
the book while she was in UK. All the girls on set were talking about it and how it's being made into a film," contactmusic.com quoted a source as saying.
"Angelina went out and bought herself a copy, thinking she'd love a part in the hot topic on everyone's lips at the moment. She knows the film is bound to be a huge hit," the source added.
