Police rescue three kidnapped children

11th June 2012 10:42 AM

Barely a week after a woman kidnapping a four-year-old Ramya Sri and killing her for ear rings, a woman on Sunday kidnapped three children and abandoned them near Kothapet after stealing their earrings and anklets.

According to LB Nagar ACP J Amarender Reddy, around 8.30 am, the three children-Sai Akshita (6), Revathi (6) and Durga Varshit (4)-went to a kirana store to buy  biscuits. On their way home at Bhavaninagar, a 25-yera-old woman kidnapped them by luring them with chocolates. After searching for the kids in the locality for a while , their parents lodged a complaint with Chaitanyapuri police.

Soon, police began a search operation and found that the kids were loitering in the vicinity of Andhra Bank ATM at Kothapet. Later the children were handed over their parents.

thats a great job, thank the police for their quick response and uniting the kids with their families. this is kaliyuga and no one should use any ornaments on person or even keep ornaments and valuables in mandirs. mandirs are favorite targets for looters as well.
