shame for the dental education system of India. bribery and getting approval for professional education that too dealing with the health of public is just proves what the type of education & skills would be offered to the students in such colleges, and what they are going to do with the patients after obtaining degrees..!

Bribery is not only in higher levels.. Lot many things happen in dental colleges.. Students r allowed to write exams even if they r not eligible to appear, just by bribing in the name of fine. Many colleges run without proper infrastructure.. They r allowed to function even after the Dci inspection has found out faults.. Parents and students are afraid to complaint about the harasment done to students as they r threatened by the principal they wont pass the exams.. Hope the CBI investigations bring to light all these matters and so a nee revolution in dental education
