Advocates and Dalit activists on Saturday demanded the arrest of PMK founder S Ramadoss for his alleged hate speech against the Dalit community.
A petition to this effect was submitted to City Police Commissioner S George. Signed by advocate S Rajinikanth, the petition quoted Ramadoss as saying, “It was unsafe for non-Dalit women and girl students to cross through the settlement of Dalits. This affects the education of the girl students.” He was citing remarks Ramadoss made at a briefing here on November 17, in the wake of an attack on Dalit houses in Dharmapuri. Ramadoss was echoed by party MLA Kaduvetti J Guru.
This was a deliberate attempt to denigrate the entire Dalit community in the country, the petition said.
The petitioner observed that such remarks were aimed at provoking the non-Dalit communities against the Dalits and had hurt him and his Dalit community. Rajinikanth added that the speech was an offence committed under section 3(1)(10) of Prevention of Atrocities against Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, 1989 and the deliberate attempts to breed hatred were to be considered as offences committed under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 153 A, 505 (1)(b) and 505(2).
The petitioner also recalled the previous hate speeches by Ramadoss and Guru at a public meeting held in Mahabalipuram on May 5, for which a case was registered, but they were yet to be chargesheeted.

Blaming Ramadoss alone will not solve the problem. What was the Police doing when over 500 Dalit houses was burnt? Were they playing 'Goli'(Marbles)? Police had Cell Phones, Walkie-talkies and GPS and yet they chose not to respond when Dalits were attacked. Why? It was a big failure of the Jayalalithaa Govt, in not protecting the Dalits. The Caste problem is amongst the biggest problems in Tamilnadu. Politicians continue to divide People and Castes for their petty games. Annan Seeman is the only one now, who is trying to remove the petty Caste differences. Seeman has a vision for the progress of Tamils and in few years all of TN will see Seeman's Naam Thamilar in-charge of the state.

One can express one's opinion, views etc on difft. topics; maintaining some amount of decency, internet posts etiquettes, manners, ground rules etc; we have reasonable freedom of speech, expression etc. In the past some sharp breachings noticed in some posts. But pray again why to use a name already used by another reader; how many times all this to be pointed out; what is the motive, idea? This is Nth instance.of highlighting this type of mischief. One does not know how many more such mischievous misleading posts have been made. Some persons obviously too thick skinned. Obviously a backward class person with .internal hates for Dalits also..

I habe been using Observer name past two years and dont need to learn abour so-called 'decency' or freaking 'etiquette'. I am a Chennai Tamil, consider myself Tamil and Not Indian. I write about the Truth and I am Anti-Indian. I dont believe we Tamils have future with Delhi. I do write things and if it means mischief so be it. Yes I am a Backward Class person and have Thick Skin like a Buffalo so what? I am a Dalit and I am a Non-Brahmin. If some people dont like my writings, you can come and kiss my Black Tamil arse!

"Annan" Seeman is an opportunist. He thrives on inciting hatred and anger between communities. In the name of support for Tamil Eelam, he was carrying out anti-national activities by supporting banned LTTE outfit. He should be put behind bards for a decade to save humanity.

S. Plagiarism operated and being defended ,justified also; thousands of usernames available but some prefer to remain glued to another person's name in spite of polite pointers; chori and seena jori! Kuttey ki doom koyi seedha kar saka hai kya aaj tak? Decent cultured people dont use expressions like come and kiss my black arse! Dont use such very crude terms in a tv debate; you may be scolded in a very refined way by the moderator and may be banned also from further participations in tv programs! Only those who agree to conform to certain minimal decency, etiquette standards, norms are allowed in such tv debates.If you throw a small stonechip on a viscous material it may splash back on you as the saying goes! Khayaal apnay apnay, pasand apni apni. Yeh hai mera India; unity in crude diversity! 3G standards nowadays!

Pls take on charge against ramadoss.his speech and activities were not good. Where is tn govt.! No actions on the attack of dalits.. All the people's are same.don't do your freedom as bad way. Your activities may be liked only by your caste people. Every man could become a caste leader.bt no one simply goes to the social leader.pls ramadoss do your best or don't angry with dalits.
