Air Marshal visits software unit

Air Marshal Rajinder Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command along with Jyoti Singh, President Air Force Welfare Association (Regional) visited the Air Force Software Development Institute (SDI) recently.
On his arrival at the SDI, the Air Marshal was received by Air Vice Marshal B K Sood, Commandant, SDI and was introduced to key personnel.
He was briefed about the software projects developed and integrated by SDI in avionics field and simulators. He visited several labs and monitored the progress of various avionics and simulation projects undertaken by the Institute.
The state of the art Su-30 MKI Integration Rig, indigenously developed several projects were demonstrated to the Air Marshal.
