Sensex opens flat

Indian markets opened on a flat note with positive bias on Saturday. The 30-share benchmark index, BSE Sensex opened with a gain of 31.97 points or 0.18% at 17,715.7, while the broad based NSE Nifty began flat with a gain of 8.25 points or 0.15%, at 5,350.35.
