Oil futures flat in international markets

Oil prices were flat in international markets on Tuesday.
March 2013 light sweet crude oil (WTI) futures at COMEX was down by 26 cents or 0.27% to USD 95.60/bbl as at 09.50 am IST.
Meanwhile, March 2013 Brent crude oil futures increased 13 cents or 0.11% to USD 117.51/bb.
