Bharti Airtel up on plans to list tower biz

Bharti
Airtel gained on Monday after media reports quoted that the
company"s armBharti Infratel islikely to file a draft prospectus
with the market regulator early this week for raising Rs 50 billion
through an initial public offering (IPO).
Shares ofthe companyare trading at Rs
258.00, up Rs 3.45, or 1.36% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on
Monday at 10:23 a.m.The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs
258.65 and low of Rs 254.50. The total volume of shares traded at
the BSE is 74,694.In the earlier session, the shares lost 0.39%, or
Rs 1, at Rs 254.55. Currently, the stock is trading down 37.42%
from its 52-week high of Rs 412.25 and above 8.18% over the 52-week
low of Rs 238.50.
