Aurobindo Pharma climbs on USFDA nod

Aurobindo Pharma climbed on Friday after
it has received final approvals from the US Food & Drug
Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Amlodipine
Besylate and Benazeprilo Hydrochloride Capsules.

Hydrochloride Capsules are the generic bioequivalent to the
reference listed drug Lotrel Capsules of Novartis Pharmaceuticals
Corp. Shares ofthe companyare trading at Rs 123.30, up Rs 4, or
3.35% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 12:01 p.m.The
scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 123.70 and low of Rs
119.50. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 270,484.In
the earlier session, the shares gained 2.58%, or Rs 3, at Rs
119.30. Currently, the stock is trading down 14.55% from its
52-week high of Rs 144.30 and above 53.45% over the 52-week low of
Rs 80.35.
