HCL Infosystem climbs 5% on UIDAI project

HCL Infosystem, India"s leading hardware, services and ICT
systems integration company, climbed on Friday after it has secured
a contract with The Unique Identification Authority of India
(UIDAI) on Aug. 7, 2012.
As per the contract HCL Infosystems has
been given the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to implement and
manage the Central ID Repository (CIDR) for UIDAI. The contract is
for a period of seven years.Shares ofthe companyare trading at Rs
40.60, up Rs 2.05, or 5.32% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on
Friday at 3:29 p.m.The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 43
and low of Rs 38.40. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE
is 467,940.In the earlier session, the shares declined 1.03%, or Rs
0.40, at Rs 38.55. Currently, the stock is trading down 47.92% from
its 52-week high of Rs 77.95 and above 9.29% over the 52-week low
of Rs 37.15.
