McNally Bharat surges on bagging new order

McNally Bharat Engineering Company surged on Thursday after it
has received an order worth Rs. 1.15 billion from Bihar State
Electricity Board.
Shares ofthe companyare trading at Rs
103, up Rs 3.2, or 3.21% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on
Thursday at 11:57 a.m.This order is for manufacturing, supply,
erection, inland transportation and insurance of equipment,
materials and mandatory spares for Ganga water supply package for
Barauni thermal power station, Phase -1 and Phase II. The
contractual completion period is 30 months.The scrip has touched an
intra-day high of Rs 104.70 and low of Rs 99.50. The total volume
of shares traded at the BSE is 75,198.In the earlier session, the
shares climbed 0.86%, or Rs 0.84, at Rs 99.80. Currently, the stock
is trading down 40.29% from its 52-week high of Rs 172.50 and above
29.15% over the 52-week low of Rs 79.75.
