DLF surges ahead of stake sale meeting

Real estate major DLF surged on Wednesday
ahead of board meeting; theboard willconsider stake sale in the
meeting.
The company said on Tuesday, board of directors will consider
offer of securities and all related actions thereto on Wednesday
for achieving the minimum public shareholding in compliance to the
securities contracts.
Shares ofthe companyare trading at Rs
268.70, up Rs 9.05, or 3.49% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on
Wednesday at 10:39 a.m.The scrip has touched an intra-day high of
Rs 269.20 and low of Rs 262.00. The total volume of shares traded
at the BSE is 365,667.In the earlier session, the shares climbed
3.57%, or Rs 8.95, at Rs 259.65. Currently, the stock is trading
down 6.51% from its 52-week high of Rs 287.40 and above 58.48% over
the 52-week low of Rs 169.55.
