Select mid-caps crash; Core Edu tumbles 53%

Mid-cap stockscrashedin noon tradeon Monday led by Core Projects, Welspun Corp, Aanjaneya Lifecare,ABG Shipyard, Eros Int'l and other six stocks.
Core Education declined 52.92%, to trade at Rs 139. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 2,706.58% to 1,812,592 compared with 22-day average volume of 64,584.
Welspun Corp declined 26%, to trade at Rs 62.05. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 967.55% to 13,165,466 compared with 22-day average volume of 1,233,243.
Aanjaneya Lifecare declined 20%, to trade at Rs 569.30. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 7.70% to 86,116 compared with 22-day average volume of 93,298.
ABG Shipyard declined 19.99%, to trade at Rs 288. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 263.47% to 422,624 compared with 22-day average volume of 116,274.
Eros International Media declined 18.54%, to trade at Rs 157.50. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 638.25% to 1,949,429 compared with 22-day average volume of 264,063.
Orbit Corporation declined 17.27%, to trade at Rs 31.85. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 179.49% to 2,528,840 compared with 22-day average volume of 904,814.
Videocon Industries declined 14.01%, to trade at Rs 170.30. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 179.17% to 897,801 compared with 22-day average volume of 321,593.
Opto Circuits (India) declined 11.35%, to trade at Rs 52.70. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 58.08% to 2,072,486 compared with 22-day average volume of 4,944,069.
DB Realty declined 9.94%, to trade at Rs 76.10. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 42.76% to 2,173,954 compared with 22-day average volume of 3,798,020.
Cinemax India declined 4.99%, to trade at Rs 134.15. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 97.31% to 2,068 compared with 22-day average volume of 76,987.
PVR declined 3.57%, to trade at Rs 256.85. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 210.08% to 393,333 compared with 22-day average volume of 126,850.
