Hotel Leela zooms 9.4% on sale of IT park building to RIL

Hotel Leela Venture gained on Tuesday afterit announcedagreement with Reliance Industries to sell its IT park building located in Chennai on Monday. It has informed the stock exchanges that the sale will fetch Rs 1.7 billion.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs
26.85, up Rs 2.3, or 9.37% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on
Tuesday at 10:41 a.m.The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs
28.25 and low of Rs 25.55. The total volume of shares traded at the
BSE is 374,168.In the earlier session, the shares declined 0.2%, or
Rs 0.05, at Rs 24.55. Currently, the stock is trading down 31.85%
from its 52-week high of Rs 39.40 and above 10.49% over the 52-week
low of Rs 24.30.
