Unitech drops 20% over new allegations against Sanjay Chandra

Real estate developer in India Unitech
dropped 22% on Tuesday after media reports said thatCentral Bureau
of Investigation (CBI) removed its lawyer in the 2G spectrum
allocation scam case for allegedly colluding with the company's
managing director Sanjay Chandra,one of theaccused in the
scam.Shares ofthe comapnyare trading at Rs 27.80, down Rs 7.2, or
20.57% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 10:34 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high
of Rs 34 and low of Rs 26.35. The total volume of shares traded at
the BSE is 15,455,876.In the earlier session, the shares lost
0.28%, or Rs 0.1, at Rs 35. Currently, the stock is trading down
32.03% from its 52-week high of Rs 40.90 and above 52.75% over the
52-week low of Rs 18.20.
