Kingfisher falls further as employees reject salary offer

Kingfisher Airlines dropped on Tuesday
after the management's offer of payment of three months' salary has
been rejected by a section of employees prolonging the 23 days
impasse at the private airline.
The management, in a bid to revive operations of the suspended
Kingfisher Airlines, had made the offer on Monday.
Shares ofthe companyare trading at Rs
10.40, down Rs 0.5, or 4.59% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on
Tuesday at 11:14 a.m.The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs
10.40 and low of Rs 10.40. The total volume of shares traded at the
BSE is 228,408.In the earlier session, the shares lost 4.8%, or Rs
0.55, at Rs 10.90. Currently, the stock is trading down 66.34% from
its 52-week high of Rs 30.90 and above 48.36% over the 52-week low
of Rs 7.01.
