Coromandel Int`l down 2.4% on weak Q2 earnings

Coromandel International fellon Tuesday
after it reported a fall of 16.11% in consolidated net profit to Rs
2.37 billion for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2012 as compared to Rs
2.82 billion in the same period last year.
Consolidated total income has decreased
by 4.23% to Rs 26.75 billion for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2012
from Rs 27.93 billion in the year ago period.Shares of the company
are trading at Rs 275.95, down Rs 6.85, or 2.42% at the Bombay
Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 9:52 a.m.The scrip has touched
an intra-day high of Rs 277.85 and low of Rs 274. The total volume
of shares traded at the BSE is 8,730.In the earlier session, the
shares declined 1.39%, or Rs 4, at Rs 282.80. Currently, the stock
is trading down 19.31% from its 52-week high of Rs 342 and above
17.93% over the 52-week low of Rs 234.
