Sun Pharma falls on worries US cancer drug supply contact may end

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries fell on
worries, the company will soon see an end to its temporary
arrangement to supply a cancer drug in the United States.
The company had been supplying an
alternative version of Doxil called Lipodox in the United States
under a temporary arrangement with the Food and Drug
Administration.Shares of the companyare trading at Rs 691.90, down
Rs 7.8, or 1.11% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at
12:00 p.m.The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 699.10 and
low of Rs 689.05. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is
17,721.In the earlier session, the shares lost 1.73%, or Rs 12.35,
at Rs 699.70. Currently, the stock is trading down 5.08% from its
52-week high of Rs 728.95 and above 48.51% over the 52-week low of
Rs 465.90.
