Kalpataru Power surges 3% on new orders

Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL)
surged on Monday after it secured transmission line orders worth
over Rs 6.04 billion.This order is for supply and erection of two
projects consisting 765 kv D/C transmission line of 249 kms worth
Rs 5.71 billion from PGCIL. It has also been awarded an order is
for supply and erection of 400 kv S/C transmission line of around
36 kms worth Rs 330 million from a private company.Shares of the
companyare trading at Rs 91.60, up Rs 2.85, or 3.21% at the Bombay
Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday at 12:41 p.m.The scrip has touched
an intra-day high of Rs 92.75 and low of Rs 87.30. The total volume
of shares traded at the BSE is 173,428.In the earlier session, the
shares lost 0.28%, or Rs 0.25, at Rs 88.75. Currently, the stock is
trading down 31.79% from its 52-week high of Rs 134.30 and above
42.79% over the 52-week low of Rs 64.15.
