Ashok Leyland up 3% on good Sept. sales numbers

Ashok Leyland gained on Wednesday after
the company"s September total sales were up 21% at 10,623 units,
YoY.
Its commercial vehicle sales were reduced by 12% at 7,596 units,
YoY. The comapny"s domestic sales were up at
3,027 versus 196 units.Shares of the
company are trading at Rs 24.70, up Rs 0.7, or 2.92% at the Bombay
Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 11:19 a.m.The scrip has
touched an intra-day high of Rs 25 and low of Rs 24.30. The total
volume of shares traded at the BSE is 645,389.In the earlier
session, the shares lost 0.21%, or Rs 0.05, at Rs 24. Currently,
the stock is trading down 24.92% from its 52-week high of Rs 32.90
and above 23.19% over the 52-week low of Rs 20.05.
