Pennar Industries surges 3% on new orders

Pennar Industries surged on Wednesday
after it bagged orders worth Rs 700 million for the supply of wagon
components and structurals for solar power plants.
The company has bagged order from
Texmaco for the supply of railway wagon components. On the other
hand, it has bagged orders from customers including L&T,
Mahindra EPC Services, Lanco, Azure Power and Moserbaer for the
supply of structures to 77 MW solar power projects.Shares ofthe
companyare trading at Rs 26.60, up Rs 1, or 3.91% at the Bombay
Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 10:44 a.m.The scrip has
touched an intra-day high of Rs 26.95 and low of Rs 25.90. The
total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 52,243.In the earlier
session, the shares fell 0.97%, or Rs 0.25, at Rs 25.60. Currently,
the stock is trading down 38.21% from its 52-week high of Rs 43.05
and above 10.6% over the 52-week low of Rs 24.05.
